Our WI-FI is great, however, we have had outages and sometimes it can have interruptions. Just keep in mind that we are close to town, but we are in the country. Outdoor Spaces : Enjoy the private patio and explore the ranch’s common areas. Ranch Activities and Pets : Participation in ranch activities and pets are welcome with prior arrangements. Smoking : Not allowed in the home. Quiet Hours : After 10 PM for a peaceful stay. Emergency Contact : Available for any urgent needs. Temperature Control : Keep the temperature between 70-72°F in summer and 68-70°F in winter. Check-Out Procedures : Follow check-out instructions to ensure a smooth departure. Important Notes Two Airbnb Homes : Ensure you park in the designated area for the Guest House or Bunkhouse. Safety : Supervise children around the balcony, horses, pond, and hiking areas.
